Patient Details

This lovely and very active 44 year old patient desired a perkier, more rounded and full appearance in her breast. She wanted a natural outcome and a more youthful appearance of her breast and chest. She is 5'3 and weighed 140lbs. Before surgery she wore a B cup bra with padding, and after surgery she is a full C without padding.

Treatment Details

She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with implants half under the muscle to replace volume and to give a full natural shape without a breast lift.
