Patient Details

This athletic and lean 45 year old female presented for breast augmentation with silicone implants. Before surgery she was a size 34B and wanted to restore volume in her breast and upper chest while having the results look very natural at the same time. She is extremely fit, and she runs triathlons regularly. Because of this, we agreed to place the implants above the muscle (subfascial breast augmentation) to give her the look that she wants without interfering with her active lifestyle.
